A serviceman in Russian-held Crimea opened fire on fellow soldiers and civilians, killing four people and wounding four, the Moscow-installed governor of Sevastopol said Tuesday.The shooting occurred in the village of Khmelnytske, which is part of Sevastopol, said Gov.
