After a warm and humid start to the day with the chance for an isolated shower through the morning, temperatures will quickly heat into the lower 90s with a mix of sun and clouds. Feels like temperatures will range between 100 to 105° early this afternoon. Storms are forecast to develop by mid-afternoon, and with a south-southwest wind, storms will remain along the east coast metro into the early evening. Slow moving storms that develop could produce frequent lightning, gusty winds, heavy rain, and localized street flooding.
